Your Step-by-Step Guide to Shipping from Taiwan
This guide provides the official instructions for using our shipping service from Taiwan to the Philippines. Please note: Our Taiwan route has a special requirement regarding a Packing List. Following this process carefully is essential for ensuring your cargo is accepted at our warehouse and cleared through customs.
Step 1: Get Your Unique HBK Customer ID
If you do not have an account with us, you must register first. Your account will provide you with a unique Customer ID number that is required for all shipments from Taiwan.
- Click here to register for your free account: Register Now (You may skip this part if you already have an account with us)
Please save your Customer ID number, as it is required for every shipment.
Step 2: Submit Your Packing List (Mandatory for Taiwan)
Due to strict customs regulations, we require a copy of your supplier's Packing List before the cargo arrives at our Taiwan warehouse.
- Action: Obtain the Packing List from your supplier and email it to us 24-48 hours before the goods are shipped.
- Important: Our Taiwan warehouse will decline receipt of any cargo that does not have a pre-submitted Packing List. To avoid this hassle and delay, this step must be completed first.
Step 3: Provide Key Information to Your Taiwan Supplier
Once the packing list is submitted, you must give your supplier in Taiwan two pieces of information:
- Your unique Customer ID Number
- The Link to Our Taiwan Supplier
Form: http://taiwansupplier.hbkglobaltrading.com/
That's it!
How the Process Works:
- Your supplier will use your Customer ID to access the online form at the provided link.
- The form will generate a printable shipping label (a barcode). This label contains all your details and the correct address for our warehouse in Taiwan.
- Your supplier must print and securely attach one label to every box.
Important Rules for Every Taiwan Shipment
- ✔ Use Barcode Labels Only: Insist that your supplier uses our official online form. Do not allow them to write on the boxes by hand. Manually labeled boxes can be lost or misrouted.
- ✔ Require Photo Proof: For your security, ask your supplier to send you a clear photo of your boxes with the barcode labels properly attached before they are dispatched.
- ✔ Follow for All Orders: Use this exact process for every order, whether with a new supplier or a repeat partner.
Note: HBK Global Trading is not responsible for any loss of cargo due to unmarked or improperly labeled boxes.
What Happens Next?
Once your cargo is correctly labeled and delivered to our Taiwan warehouse, we will manage the entire process, including:
- Export processing in Taiwan
- Sea or air freight to the Philippines
- Philippine customs clearance
- Final door-to-door delivery
