- Always Use the Online Form: Do NOT let your supplier manually label your boxes. The generated barcode is essential.
- Request a Photo: For your peace of mind, ask your supplier for a photo of the boxes with the barcodes attached before they ship to our warehouse. This is vital for any potential claims.
- We Are Your Consignee: You don't need an import permit. Simply have your supplier deliver the goods to our warehouse in the origin country, and we'll handle the rest.
