Your Step-by-Step Guide to Shipping from China to Manila

Welcome! This guide will walk you through our simple process for shipping your goods from China to the Philippines. Follow these steps carefully to ensure your cargo is labeled correctly and tracked efficiently from start to finish.

Step 1: Get Your Unique Customer ID
Before you do anything else, you need an account with us. This will give you a unique Customer ID number, which is essential for identifying all your shipments.

Once registered, keep your Customer ID number safe. You will need it for every shipment.

Step 2: Give Your Supplier the Correct Information
This is the most important step. You must provide your supplier in China with two key pieces of information:

1. Your Customer ID Number
2. This Link to Our Supplier Form: http://supplier.hbkglobaltrading.com/

That's it!

 

How it works:

• Your supplier will use your Customer ID to fill out the online form at the link provided.
• Once submitted, the form will automatically generate a printable shipping label (a barcode) that contains all your information and the correct HBK warehouse address in China.
• Your supplier must print and attach this label to every box.

Crucial Reminders for Every Shipment

To avoid delays or lost packages, please follow these rules:

• ✔ Always Use the Form: Insist that your supplier uses our online form to generate the official barcode. Do not allow them to write on the boxes by hand. Manually labeled boxes can get lost in our system.
• ✔ Request a Photo: For your security, ask your supplier to send you a photo of your boxes with the printed labels clearly attached before they are sent to our warehouse. This photo is your proof of proper labeling.
• ✔ One Process for All Orders: Use this exact same process for both new suppliers and repeat orders to ensure consistency and security.
