How to Air Ship from Hong Kong to the Philippines

This guide contains the official instructions for using our priority air freight service from Hong Kong to Manila. Following this process precisely is required to ensure your time-sensitive cargo is correctly documented and expedited through our system.

 

Step 1: Obtain Your HBK Customer ID

A unique Customer ID is required for all clients to link shipments to your account. If you do not yet have an account, you must register first.

Please save your Customer ID number, as it is necessary for all future air shipments.

 

Step 2: Instruct Your Supplier in Hong Kong

This is the most critical part of the process. You must provide your supplier in Hong Kong with two pieces of information:

1. Your unique HBK Customer ID Number
2. The specific link for our Hong Kong Air Freight Supplier

How the Process Works:

• Your supplier will use your Customer ID to access the secure online form at the link above.
• The form will generate a unique, printable shipping label (barcode). This label contains all your details and the correct address for our air freight receiving facility in HongKong.
• Your supplier must print this label and securely attach one to every individual box.
  

Mandatory Protocols for All Hong Kong Air Shipments

These rules are required to ensure the speed and security of your cargo.

• ✔ Use Barcode Labels Only: Insist that your supplier uses our official online form. Do not allow handwritten labels or marks on boxes. Manually labeled boxes will not be correctly processed in our automated air freight system and will face significant delays.
• ✔ Require Photo Confirmation: For your security, require your supplier to send you a clear photo of your boxes with the barcode labels attached before they are dispatched. This photo is your proof of proper labeling.

Your Shipment is Cleared for Takeoff

Once your cargo is correctly labeled and received at our Hong Kong facility, your work is done. Our team will manage the priority export, air freight to Manila, urgent customs clearance, and final delivery to your address.
