Instructions for Shipping Frozen Goods from China
Welcome to HBK Global Trading's guide for frozen goods importation. Maintaining the cold chain is our highest priority. Following these instructions precisely is mandatory to ensure your temperature-sensitive cargo is properly documented, handled, and tracked.
Step 1: Obtain Your Customer ID
Every client needs a unique Customer ID before shipping. This ID connects all cargo directly to your account. If you do not have one, you must register first.
- Click here to register for your account: Register Now
Please secure your Customer ID. It is required for all shipments.
Step 2: Provide Critical Information to Your China Supplier
This is the most important step in the process. You must give your supplier in China the following two items:
- Your unique HBK Customer ID Number
- This specific link for our Frozen Goods Supplier Form: http://frozen-sea.hbkglobaltrading.com/
How the process works:
- Your supplier will use your Customer ID to fill out the online form at the link above.
- Upon submission, the form generates a unique, printable shipping label (a barcode). This label contains all your information and the correct address for our specialized cold storage receiving warehouse in China.
- Your supplier must print this label and attach one to every box or carton.
Mandatory Rules for All Frozen Shipments
Failure to follow these rules may result in the rejection or loss of your cargo.
- ✔ Barcode Labels are Required: You must insist that your supplier uses our online form. Handwritten labels are not accepted for frozen goods. The generated barcode is essential for our cold chain tracking system.
- ✔ Request Photo Confirmation: For your own security, demand that your supplier sends you a clear photo of your boxes with the barcode labels properly
attached before they are dispatched to our warehouse. This photo is your required proof of proper labeling.
- ✔ Pre-Cooling is Essential: Ensure your supplier has properly pre-frozen your goods to the required temperature before they are packed and labeled for transit.
HBK Global Trading is not responsible for spoilage or loss of cargo due to improper labeling or insufficient pre-cooling by the shipper.
