Official Guide: Air Shipping Frozen Goods from China
This guide provides the mandatory instructions for using our specialized air freight service for frozen goods from China to the Philippines. Adherence to this process is critical to ensure the integrity of the cold chain and the successful tracking and customs clearance of your time-sensitive cargo.
Step 1: Client Registration & Customer ID
All clients must have a registered account to use this service. Your account provides a unique Customer ID that is required to link your cargo to our cold chain logistics system.
- If you are a new client, please register here: Create Your HBK Account
Secure your Customer ID. It is required for all shipments.
Step 2: Supplier Briefing & Label Generation
This is the most critical stage. You must provide your supplier in China with the following two pieces of information without modification:
- Your unique HBK Customer ID Number
- The link to our Frozen Air Freight Supplier Form:
http://frozen-air.hbkglobaltrading.com/
The Process Your Supplier Must Follow:
- They will use your Customer ID to access the secure online form.
- The form will generate a specialized, printable shipping label (barcode). This label contains your details and the address for our temperature-controlled air freight facility in China.
- They must print this label and securely attach one to every individual box.
Mandatory Protocols for Frozen Air Shipments
These protocols are not optional. They are required to protect your cargo.
- ✔ Barcode Use is Mandatory: Only the barcode generated from our official online form will be accepted. Manually written labels or marks on boxes are strictly prohibited and will result in delays or rejection of cargo.
- ✔ Photo Confirmation is Required: You must require your supplier to provide you with clear photos of the packaged and labeled boxes before they are transported to our facility. This is your proof of compliance.
- ✔ Verify Product is Deep-Frozen: Confirm with your supplier that all goods have been brought to their required deep-frozen temperature before being packed for shipment.
HBK Global Trading is not liable for product spoilage or cargo loss resulting from non-compliance with these mandatory protocols.
Your Shipment is Our Priority
Once your cargo is correctly labeled and received at our China facility, our expert cold chain team takes over. We manage the priority air freight, urgent customs clearance for perishables, and final delivery, maintaining the required temperature at every stage.
