Guide: How to Air Ship from China to the Philippines

This guide provides the complete step-by-step instructions for using our fast and reliable air freight service from China to Manila. Following this process is essential for ensuring your cargo is correctly logged and tracked.

 

Step 1: Get Your HBK Customer ID
If you don't have an account with us yet, you must register first. This will provide you with a unique Customer ID number required for all air shipments.

Keep your Customer ID in a safe place, as you will need it for every shipment.

Step 2: Instruct Your Supplier in China

This is the most critical step. You must provide your supplier in China with the following two pieces of information:

  1. Your unique Customer ID Number
  2. This specific link for our Air Freight Supplier
    Form: http://airsupplier.hbkglobaltrading.com/

That's it!

 

How the process works:

  • Your supplier will use your Customer ID to access the online form at the link above.
  • The form will generate a unique, printable shipping label (a barcode) containing all your details and the correct HBK Air Freight warehouse address in China.
  • Your supplier must print and attach this barcode label to every box.


Important Rules for Every Air Shipment

To prevent any issues, please adhere to these guidelines:

  • ✔ Use the Generated Barcode Only: You must insist that your supplier uses our online form. Do not allow them to write addresses or marks on the boxes by hand. Manually labeled boxes will not be properly tracked in our air freight system.
  • ✔ Always Request a Photo: For your own security, ask your supplier to send you a clear photo of your boxes with the barcode labels attached before they are dispatched. This photo is your proof of proper labeling.

What Happens Next?

Once your supplier has correctly labeled your packages and sent them to our China air freight warehouse, your work is done! We will manage the rest of the process, including:

  • Export processing in China
  • Air freight to Manila
  • Philippine customs clearance
  • Final delivery to your address
