We are fully operational during this ECQ season. However, there are some factors that hampers our timely delivery of items to customers.
Most customers cannot claim their item either pickup or accept delivery so our warehouse cannot unload new containers to accommodate new items. This is a chain reaction that affects even our China warehouses.
If customer can’t pickup/accept delivery > we cannot unload new container as we lack space (we even added new warehouses for this ECQ season) > since we lack space here in Manila, we cannot ship out from China > if we do not ship out from China, those warehouses will get full soon > once full, we cannot accept new cargo as we don’t have enough space to accommodate new items (once this level is reached then we have no choice but to refuse acceptance of delivery of new cargo and announce temporary refusal of cargoes here in FB)
The reason why your items is delayed is because most probably it’s already here but not unloaded yet so please bear with us as some customers might not be as fortunate as you, kindly bear in mind that some of them are in a much stricter area than you are in. We try to understand why they cannot pickup/accept delivery so let us be patient with them.
Let us all be patient and bear with one another as we go thru this trying times. Hopefully this will be over soon but the most important thing is for you to stay indoors and stay safe.
